Affect, according to psychology, refers to your emotional reaction to things that affect you in a positive way

 

In other words, it is the state of mind and attitude that you experience when you are affected by something positive. The term, however, can also refer to the feelings and attitudes that you experience when you are affected by something negative.

 

There are different things that can affect you emotionally and it can vary from one person to another. They range from things such as food and drink, people, situations, people, life situations, money, love, loss, money, work, home, work, health, relationships, stress, relationships, fear, anxiety and more.

 

When we are emotionally affected, we can experience both positive and negative emotions, and this can make it difficult to understand what affects us or how they affect us.
